Success during the pandemic

Trisha and Roy worked with me in their home before the pandemic started. They came to me to get fitter and feel healthier in order to prepare of a month long active vacation a few years ago.

When the pandemic took over the planet, they wanted to continue exercising so they could remain active outdoors. Not only for kayaking and hiking but in order to maintain their home and yard, stacking and hauling wood for their wood stove, and simply not giving in to a sedentary isolation.

We converted to a hybrid training model where we use the Get Fit and Strong! online coaching app along with twice weekly remote video exercise sessions. This has allowed them to stay fit and use their newly purchased kayaks as the world opens back up!
