You can be more active! You might just need a fitness class that fits your needs.

Our small group fitness classes are smaller (10 participants maximum) allowing for more focused, personalized, coaching attention. It is practically semi-private training.

Classes are non-intimidating and non-judgmental!  You will have fun, feel fitter, stronger, and healthier so that you can be more active!  Classes are women-only.

Classes focus on strength, core stability and mobility, and cardio for a total body workout! Small Group Training for Total Human Performance
